COVID-19 has caused some businesses to not be available. I need my hearing aids cleaned and adjusted and hated to call and try to get in. Arrived at appointed time, called office and out comes Dr. Carr, IN THE RAIN; took my aids in, cleaned, adjusted and came back out and told me what she had done and let her know if I needed to bring them back in. I have always gotten excellent service for so long at Iowa Audiology and am on my third pair of hearing aids and the previous two pairs lasted about 12 years each because of the s... read more

Dr. Aird is very professional and makes an exam a pleasant experience while explaining and answering any questions.
I find Dr. Aird to be very professional. He treated the problem I had and made the necessary referrals. I recommend him.
My Mother goes to see this Doctor when he comes to Mt Pleasant. He is always very pleasant, takes time to explain things and has been very helpful to her. His staff is great also!
