I stopped here cause i discovered a air leak i sat for hours as they where "busy" after i was pulled in at 4pm and was in and out they said they fixed the problem, but did not fix the problem. I stopped at the ta in Brooklyn,IA where I discovered i still had a air leak. I would not recommend stopping here if you can make it else where I would recommend stopping at the TA in Brooklyn,IA if u r heading west.
No big deal ...the workers didn't seem to know much about the place. It was so so
My husband bought a flashlight for $70 freaking dollars. This wife VERY unhappy, and far more unhappy to see this same flashlight new on Amazon for $40. Screw you, Walcott TA for ripping off drivers this badly. Will never spend a dime with you ever again.
The night shift at the TA is amazing! At 2am I had total trailer marker light failure. I tried to diagnose it myself with no luck. Once at the shop, Dustin was awesome! Very professional, honestly it wasn't something common. Not only did he find the problem, he also find an additional smaller problem at the rear of the trailer. I was expecting hours wait, and a crazy bill, totally wasn't the case. He had me all fixed up quick and a very fair bill. Highly recommend!
