I have been going here for years. Would not trust anyone one else she knows here stuff.
IVe been using this tax agency for at least 15 years, Ive never had a single problem with filing taxes, tax returns etc. Everyone is so nice and very helpful.
The man who did my taxes really screwed me. He took out $625.00. He had me pay for my boyfriend’s taxes. And I DID NOT TELL HIM TO DO THAT! Now I’m out $325.00. I’m a mom of a 12 year old and I work 5 days a week and I struggle. I was counting on that money. And I think charging me $310.00 to do my taxes is a little steep to begin with. When I called them they didn’t care the man (Ralph) said “ Well unfortunately I guess you have to hope you’re boyfriend gives you the money “ Terrible customer service!
I really liked my experience here. Even though I owed on my taxes this year, I felt very welcomed. They were also able to give recommendations on how to reduce my tax expenses for the upcoming year. They were super friendly and nice too. Loved Dale and her husband. Really sweet couple and adorable they do taxes together! Highly recommend!
