This review does not reflect Dr. Shuster’s Ethic or professionalism sadly rather some of her staff at the frontline. I was forced to cancel my appointment due to unexpected life circumstances, a serious car accident and a death in my family. Upon contacting the office to cancel my appointment I was told I was going to be charged a cancellation fee. I have had a couple of check ups and teeth cleanings with Dr. Shuster, both were great, she's wonderful! Brooks, the dental hygienist- great! It was a good experience all around and the women in the office were all very nice and efficient.
