I love One Medical in Tucker. They have been very kind and helpful to me. I have been going there for 4 years. I have seen both different Health Coaches and Doctors there,but that's OK. People have changes in there lives and have to move on from time to time. Keep up the great work @ One Medical in Tucker, GA.
I have tried to reach them all week. Normally, they respond promptly. But, No one answers the phone. I never got called back about paperwork I was suppose to pick up. I've been on hold with no one answering either of their offices. I'm a veteran. If I wanted this kind of treatment, I would only deal with the VA. This is horrible to no get your doctor on the phone.
I have been with this clinic for over 4 years now. It was great when I first started but I have had over 3 different doctors and nurses. It has been days and I can't even get someone to answer the phone long enough to make a simple appointment. I am looking for a new doctor.
