They told me the only way to be seen was to sign up for services by calling a number. The number they gave me? Disconnected. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. Update: They responded to this review the same day with an email address to contact. I emailed that same day. Two weeks later, I have gotten NO response. Nothing. Don't be fooled by these review responses. One Medical will never ever improve. I recommend Peachtree Immediate Care instead.

The staff and doctors are great
I had my first appointment with One Medical Seniors: Belvedere a few days ago, and my first impression is positive. The staff is friendly and courteous! The offices are nicely appointed! My blood investigation results were reported quickly in a follow-up phone call from the Health Coach.
