Wouldn’t renew my husband’s medication on the weekend and wouldn’t do nothing until we came in on Monday for an appointment even though his infection wasn’t resolved with the 7 day prescription. Wouldn’t even prescribe 2 pills to get to the appointment. So my husband suffered with fever, severe shakes and night sweats. They have no concern for the patient.

Just got back to Arizona and went to this facility on recommendation from a friend. Our experience was excellent in all ways. Receptionist Karina was very helpful and professional. Our appointment with the doctor was also excellent. It was our first appointment with him and we left very satisfied. Highly recommend this facility. Don and Janet Rich.
Decided to switch from the One Medical on Bell. This office is amazing. Great staff and so willing to help after weeks of getting nowhere at the other office. Karina at the front desk was terrific! Many thanks to this excellent staff!
