I started the 5am CrossFit classes at Ionic to add strength and conditioning to my busy schedule with Jiu-jitsu training & day job. The coaches & members at this gym have a great culture and motivational vibe that is contagious (even at 5am!). Coach Donnie’s attention to detail & willingness to help me work around my injuries it’s all I needed. If you are looking for a place to work on yourself while empowering others to be 1% better each day, this is it!
I can’t recommend Kiana’s EVO Fit class enough! She’s an incredible coach who brings the perfect mix of energy, knowledge, and motivation to every session. The class is challenging but accessible for all fitness levels, and you leave feeling stronger every time. I absolutely adore this place! Working out can be a bit intimidating at first, but the coaches at Ionic are incredibly caring and friendly. They take the time to ensure you're performing each exercise correctly before moving on to weights. After just 3 classes, I've already gained so much knowledge and I can't wait to continue attending. The classes not only energize me but also make me feel empowered.

Ionic has been my home away from home for over 5 years. When I tell you that you will never find a group of more supportive members and coaches, I mean it.
