Great gym and community of people. The coaches genuinely care and push you to be better. Different classes offered upstairs and Kiki kills it Tuesdays and Fridays.

Man this gym is awesome, Donnie and his team are incredible and very fun coaches. They know how to push you while Also keeping it super fun.
I started the 5am CrossFit classes at Ionic to add strength and conditioning to my busy schedule with Jiu-jitsu training & day job. The coaches & members at this gym have a great culture and motivational vibe that is contagious (even at 5am!). Coach Donnie’s attention to detail & willingness to help me work around my injuries it’s all I needed. If you are looking for a place to work on yourself while empowering others to be 1% better each day, this is it!
I can’t recommend Kiana’s EVO Fit class enough! She’s an incredible coach who brings the perfect mix of energy, knowledge, and motivation to every session. The class is challenging but accessible for all fitness levels, and you leave feeling stronger every time. Beyond Kiana, the entire coaching staff is top-notch—professional, supportive, and truly invested in helping everyone reach their fitness goals.
