I am a new member! I am doing Evofit classes and absolutely love it. I am currently overweight and out of shape but committed to bettering myself. As someone who is over weight, I know the feeling of not knowing where to start or being intimidated by other people in the gym. I have just begun my fourth week at iconic fitness. I have been working out for many years but never at a CrossFit gym. However the people and the atmosphere at the gym have made it easy to get there at 5 am. Positive vibes, encouraging words from the coach’s and the participants to help you through the workouts. Great place to train.
Great gym and community of people. The coaches genuinely care and push you to be better. Different classes offered upstairs and Kiki kills it Tuesdays and Fridays.
