As an international customer, the customer service received was appalling. Ion Faucet does NOT stand by their products! There was NO communication from them, verbal or written advising that the device I purchased required an inverter in Australia. It turns out that they do not produce items with an inbuilt inverter, even though they sell internationally!!! Every other item i have ever purchased elsewhere, internationally comes with an inbuilt inverter for safety. I was not meant to just know that the Ion faucet machine ... read more
