Is been a pleasure to be patient of this practice they are always with smile on their faces. the doctor is excellent and they take the time to explain everything on details very sufficient employees, nice environment and definitely clean office i just love this place ;) recommend this clinic 100% thanks Guys also Jeff is very polite and he make sure you don't walk out the office with not questions.

Came in and said something about the fact that transfers were cheaper than re-upping prescriptions and the doctor had a severe attitude about it seems illogical to punish someone for staying with the same doctor even if their price is better than others I’m not going back

This clinic has made the process of obtaining a medical marijuana card very easy. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Jose has been phenomenal from my initial visit, to assisting me with my recent card renewal. He’s able to answer any questions I may have and walks me through the process, making it super easy. I definitely recommend this clinic. Excellent customer service!

My first visit was a breeze. Jose Dejesus’s customer service was exemplary as well as very professional. He is very knowledgeable of the background and uses. I’ve been a pt now for about 3 months and I never hesitate to call Jose when I have questions or if I am unsure of a new product.

This place is incredible. They are extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for any help you may need. Patrick in particular is an outstanding employee who has gone through the ringer time and time to help me with everything i’ve needed and it truly shows the extent Iona Cannabis is willing to go for their patients.
