HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED will not return. Vision tests require the optometrist to be in very close contact with the patient being examined. However, this optometrist, Easton Kelsey, did not wear a mask nor did any of the employees in the business. Kelsey informed me that my mask could cause the equipment to fog up and that I could leave it on or off for the testing. I then asked him if he was vaccinated, which he said he wasn't, so I left mine on. All equipment was not wiped down after use and instead you had to wait while they just rubbed an alcohol pad over the parts where your chin, head or eye touched and nothing else right before you used it. Any medical practice that does not enforce CDC safety protocols when work around people (especially elderly or immunocompromised) show total lack of respect and common sense. If this is the way ION Vision works, I will never return nor refer anyone to your services, I prefer places who actually care about their patients' health and wellbeing. SHAME ON YOU
