I am a retired registered dental assistant for many years... And I chose this office because they're very efficient. The staff is very nice and the doctor does good work.
I came in for the first time for a cleaning. I have a Tori, which make x-rays painful.. I told him about the pain with x-rays before he started, thinking he'd be extra careful. I was about in tears when that was done. Then he started with the "cleaning". All he did was polish with the gritty stuff, about every other tooth. Then he used the high powered water to clean between my bottom 2 teeth and the pain was so bad I jerked and put up my hands to stop. He paused a second, no apologies.
