I came in for the first time for a cleaning. I have a Tori, which make x-rays painful. Told him about the pain with x-rays before he started, thinking he'd be extra careful. I was about in tears when that was done. Then he started with the 'cleaning'. All he did was polish with the gritty stuff, about every other tooth.
