Horrible management too much money for what you get Literally don’t waste your time. I’m counting down the days till I can move out and still have to pay for a full months rent even though everyone has to be gone by the 12th! This place is the worst

Horrible Management Unprofessional office team that refused to help me with requests like finding a subleaser, helping with room issues, provided no assistance in March 2020 upon move out when the pandemic began. Provided no box carts and informed the front door security to refuse to let me into the building upon my scheduled move out day. Suspicious management tactics.

Great location, not so great property 1237 West on the outside looks great. The $1.5 million lobby renovation does make the place look attractive. They also do provide a sense of community in terms of having an atmosphere geared toward college students. I do want to raise some concerns regarding 1237 West. The property does not take complaints against residents smoking seriously. While they will email you and tell you they do, they do nothing to stop it.
