Dr. Ben Holtom effectively helped me with my body pains. His treatments were successful. He is an excellent practitioner in every way.
The treatments on offer here were new to me, and I was sceptical! However I have been so pleasantly surprised and impressed by what this team offer. I have been treated by Dr.Ben and Dr.Cole, and I have been blown away by the knowledge that both physicians possess and their ability to diagnose and help with the physical issues I went there for treatment for. I have been getting electro acupuncture treatment from Dr. Cole Pollard for my knee pain. His professionalism, attention to detail and care for his patients is unmatched. Apart from that, I appreciate him taking the time to educate me and explain everything that’s going on, every step of the way, so I’m not left in the dark. If I could give the entire team 10 stars I would. In all my years of trying different physio and chiro, nothing compares to the level of care I get at ION. Dr. Ben and his incredible team have a very different level of investment when it comes to treating a problem.
