I don’t normally post reviews but I have been through the drive through multiple times (Naugatuck )The bank teller that is there is never friendly and seems to have just an awful attitude. She may need a class related to customer service. People who keep their money in their bank deserve to be greeted with a smile. Her lane ( drive through ) sign said closed but cars were in a line. ATMs barely every work. Horrible customer service. They never seem happy to help or even happy in general for that matter. Don't work somewhere if you don't want to be there. Will be going to another location from now on even though this one is the closest.
