Let me start off by saying I usually don't leave reviews but after everything i encountered i had too. Ion bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I have never in the history of my life delt with the worst customer service. Who ever my wife spoke to on the phone today was very rude. Not only that the Drive Thru ATM always crashes, or says error and then my deposit doesn't go through or they have a cone blocking it because it's out of order. I don’t normally post reviews but I have been through the drive through multiple times (Naugatuck )The bank teller that is there is never friendly and seems to have just an awful attitude. She may need a class related to customer service. People who keep their money in their bank deserve to be greeted with a smile. Her lane ( drive through ) sign said closed but cars were in a line.
