I've been coming here since I was a teenager, (33+/- yrs) back when it was Naugatuck Savings Bank. Used to be great until the recent remodel. Look at all the 1 star reviews though! C'mon!!! Machines didn't work when I needed them to and I don't use them all that much, transactions via email have absolutely no detail or description to them compared to my new bank, they installed a blue fence in the entry that I and others would typically use when I would come by to use their service, but now I have to circle all the way aroun... read more

Avoid this branch. I been going here for years I'm a local business owner and I avoid the Church street location as much as possible especially since I had an issue that I called corporate about who never got back to me. So I'll put it here for everyone to see. That employee Cindy or something like that was very rude on more then one occasion and I also heard her say something to another employee when she didn't think I heard listening but i heard it and am employee last verified what she said and accordingly to the orne emp... read more
Since the building and parking lot was remodeled with unappealing taste (just my opinion) the staff is very good! They helped my mother get back on her feet when her card was hacked and we moved her account from Sikorsky to here as well. Staff has also helped me out a few times too and clarified things that I needed straightening out as well. Although, I do miss the way the facility and parking lot used to be, I'm happy with the service.
