Since the building and parking lot was remodeled with unappealing taste (just my opinion) the staff is very good! They helped my mother get back on her feet when her card was hacked and we moved her account from Sikorsky to here as well. Staff has also helped me out a few times too and clarified things that I needed straightening out as well. Although, I do miss the way the facility and parking lot used to be, I'm happy with the service.
Seems like they only deal with the retired people of Connecticut cause they only can go to the bank at 9am-3pm or 9am-5pm. They should follow the TD Bank hours of business and keep it open until 6pm as 5-6pm is where people are more likely to go to a bank.
