The infrared sauna and red light therapy are such wonderful ways to round out therapy sessions! Sitting in the massage chair with red light therapy is so relaxing, and I'm already seeing a big impact on my skin! The infrared sauna has been the best way to recover from working out - my soreness goes away so much faster! Definitely worth it!
I started working with Becky for 1:1 private counseling and have had tremendous success. I didn't know why I was feeling depressed, but through some work, we identified the source. She introduced me to EMDR therapy that was a total game changer. Through that work, I have released the trauma and gained new ways of thinking that help me exist happier in my head and in my life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I can't say enough good things about IOME and working with Becky! She is so easy to talk to, a great listener, has a deep love for helping people, and is very skilled as a therapist. Her entire staff is professional and they have created a, much needed, holistic approach to mental wellness. AND you have to try the sauna! :-)
