If I could I would leave a zero. Customer Service is non existent, phone call are never returned and staff is clueless on what is going on. If you are not buying floor samples stay away. We should've known we have problem when floor sample delivery was made. It came in a regular van with an expensive sofa hanging out from the back and not covered with anything. Steven and company are some of the best out there as far as design and furniture go. Steven has helped us extensively sign design projects, and he designed our casita - a 400 square ft adu. It turned out spectacular, we get so many compliments on it. He also helped curate the furniture for the casita which matches the style to perfection. I cannot recommend Iola enough to anyone with discerning taste - Steven will help you create a space that is uniquely you!!
Iola Modern's is the best place in Charleston for Modern Design. Their new huge showroom on West Montague is incredible and they have goooorgeous brands that no one else has. Steven and Cameron are amazing designers and will do everything possible to help make your space a thing of beauty.
