you have to be prepared to wait 2 months before you can see this doctor. When you see the doctor, if you were allocated 15 minutes, she will never spend 16 minutes on you.
Great manner; My son (5 year old) loves to go to the dentist because of Dr Ioanna. She (and all the office staff) are really welcoming and friendly. All kids get to choose a toy or two (oriental trading like) which my son just loves. They also always get a toothbrush, floss and the sunglasses they wear for the exam so the light doesn't get in their eyes. We had taken my son to see the doctor once and it was a general cleaning. I don't have any complain about it. However the second time came, I was delayed for 18 minutes due to something unexpected happened at work. Then at the office, we were refused to see the doctor despite my begging. (I took off half a day just to take him to the dentist.) They even rejected us to see the doctor when I agreed to wait a few hours ! So I made another appointment with them a month later. Dr. Joanna is amazing. My daughter looks forward to going to the dentist. She is a top notch dentist who is not arrogant or full of herself. She has helped our family navigate the world of orthodonture and is always willing to explain things in an honest and clear way, always with a good sense of humor. Everyone in the office is a pleasure to deal with. We recommend Dr. Joanna wholeheartedly!
Dr. Joanna (as she is known by her patients) is amazing. Our child was terrified of dentists and has a sensitive mouth.
