Inzpire is a great place to get fit, meet new people and have a lot of fun! Not only do you get exercise, but you have fun doing it and each month has a “social” where you might learn a new art technique, learn a new form of meditation, or have a new prom experience. It is definitely worth checking out!
Fun, great music, intense workout and nice people. Instructors could be better at calling out moves and transitions.
This is my happy place to let loose and be myself. Its a judgment free (no mirrors - so you can't even judge yourself) safe space to explore dance and body movement to fun popular music. Not the weird music you've never heard of like in other fitness dance classes. They don't only do Today's Hits, but they do a spectrum, as well as have theme months (my favorite being Lusty Love February). June's Pride List is spectacular!
