I am very happy with the 1.5 hp pump I ordered. Shipping was fast. Perfect fit and runs very quiet. I will buy from them in the future.
I bought a pool pump from INYO Pools and experienced a problem immediatrly after installation. Within few hours after contacting them they issued a UPS packing slip for its return. Within hours after I dropped off the old pump at UPS they shipped me a brandnew pump. This was a no cost, no hassel, no delay operation. To say that I am pleased with them is an under statement. They provided me with a best customer service that I have experienced in my lifetime.
I purchased a \$600 pool pump from these guys. The pump did not work with my system so I tried to return it. They gave me the run around for weeks but finally said that I could not return it. Mind you, this pump was in the original box, in the exact same new condition as when it arrived at my house. Even though they advertise a return policy, BEWARE! They will not keep their word!
