If I could leave a review with negative stars, I would. When I moved into my apartment last year, immediately the apartment was filled with humidity whether the AC was running or not. I had to purchase a dehumidifier recommended for a 3000+ sq. ft. home that I am currently emptying daily, just to combat the humidity inside my apartment. No AC for 4 going on 5 days and it reaches well over 85° in the apartment. They sent someone one day only for the AC to go out the next day. The temp outside is over 80° sometimes 90°. This has been a regular issue every single summer multiple times since I've moved in 2 years ago. They'll say they can't work on the AC for XYZ reason or until certain circumstances are met. The conditions within this complex are not just subpar; they are downright hazardous and unacceptable. With more than 50% moisture in common areas, broken windows letting extreme heat and humidity invade, peeling paint, and mold painted over as if it doesn't exist, residents are living in a health hazard.
