This place is a joke, we went and toured for my daughter. The lady at the front desk was so nice, The apartment looked really nice. My daughter filled out the application and she has a dog and on the application it said is this animal a service pet she put no cause he’s not a service pet. He is an ESA pet. There’s a big difference between ESA pet and service pet. Ongoing neglect, broken promises, and no mailbox access for 3 months Since moving in, this has been one issue after another with little to no follow-through from management. We moved in with no working A/C, and it took about a week to get fixed. We were also told new windows would be installed before we moved in, but they weren’t — and instead they chose to install them on the day of our wedding, while we were trying to get ready. Before I start, please for the love of God listen to the one star reviews. Don’t make the same mistake my wife and I did. Firstly, we were told before we moved in that we would be getting new windows and blinds before we moved in. They waited until we had already been living there for a month to finally come in and decided to do it THE DAY OF MY WEDDING. We still haven’t gotten our blinds after asking for them repeatedly. this place is absolutely horrible. 1 star is way too much. my boyfriend moved in here about a year ago and moved in with a broken oven knob so he could never even make anything on the oven. he had to come to my house to make stuff in the oven. on top of that he had a broken fridge and he contacted them several times and they never answered. he still to this day has a non working fridge and oven. it is so sad that they can’t even answer emails or anything or even try to come fix anything for you. i do not recommend at all.
