Before I start, please for the love of God listen to the one star reviews. Don’t make the same mistake my wife and I did. Firstly, we were told before we moved in that we would be getting new windows and blinds before we moved in. They waited until we had already been living there for a month to finally come in and decided to do it THE DAY OF MY WEDDING. We still haven’t gotten our blinds after asking for them repeatedly. this place is absolutely horrible. 1 star is way too much. my boyfriend moved in here about a year ago and moved in with a broken oven knob so he could never even make anything on the oven. he had to come to my house to make stuff in the oven. on top of that he had a broken fridge and he contacted them several times and they never answered. he still to this day has a non working fridge and oven. it is so sad that they can’t even answer emails or anything or even try to come fix anything for you. i do not recommend at all.
First off idk how this place got 2.1 stars bc everything here is run down & management has no sense of urgency to resolve your problems. Had all my toilets backed up & feces coming into my shower, for not just one time but 6 times in a month. About 20 times in anbout 6 months they had to come out to my apartment, somet times it was multiple times a week. Me, my fiancé, and my brother recently toured these apartments and talked to the lady. She very clearly knew all three of us would be applying for a two bedroom apartment. We went to go apply gave them our application fee and admin fees. $300 later a man called my fiancé very rudely and stated you can’t have 3 people in a two bedroom. The lady that gave us the tour clearly knew we would all be applying. Wasted our time and delayed our moving process.
