I'm 2 years in; at first I had to adjust to neighbors and kids because I live in the area where they played ( parking lot area) and foot traffic. I keep to myself so I've not had but one problem with neighbor. He lived downstairs from me and like me probably was disturbed by noise. Unlike me, he couldn't adjust or make the best of it. So he targeted me as the reason he had problems because I'm older, from California and didn't match his negative energy. Great place to go out to clear your mind at. Great trails and amazing disc golf courses. Also a beautiful and peaceful spot for your four legged friend.
