Horrible customer service!! Receptionist was extremely rude/inappropriate. She assumed I was unable to receive, request, &pay for specific services outofpocket because of the type of insurance coverage that my children have. When I explained that it is my decision to make, and I would like to get the professional opinion from the Dr before she assumed what my child may need or what I may pay for.
