Best Pilates! Celina is remarkable. She knows the body better than any Pilates instructor I’ve ever worked with in the past 30years. She’s also a gentle and lovely person. Highly recommended!

Such good instructors. Patient yet they push in a positive supportive way and if you have pain they can offer alternate positions. Very powerful. Im hooked
I have continued my workouts with InwardBound staff and their teaching is excellent. They all continue to improve because they continue to further their own education. Importantly, they are now located in a light-filled upstairs studio on "A" Street, directly across the street from Ashland Ace Hardware.
