I had to get someone else to completely redo my hair. When I came here I had blonde and told the hairdresser that there was a blonde administered. I explained that she doesn't need to use ASH blonde nor apply it to the areas of the hair that were previously dyed... She completely ignored my instructions and my hair came out grey. I went home and washed my hair it was grey and I called to explain it.... Well needless to say I was immediately blamed after having blonde for years thankfully I was able to get my hair color corre... read more
