I joined Involve not long after it opened its doors, and I have loved it from day one. The coaches are so friendly and knowledgable and they take the time to map out each weeks workouts, but also are open to catering to strenths and injuries. Its just one big happy family.
Great gym, discretely located in Hillsdale industrial estate. Been coming since they opened and the gains are real

Gym is amazing, atmosphere of people even better! Angela made the class enjoyable and challenging whilst demonstrating proper technique of exercises with some old school jams highly recommend!!🕺😎
