Like another reviewer mentioned, they increased their prices without any prior communication. I was a customer for years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. My monthly fee was increased without any prior notice, and I was charged $117 unexpectedly. After I complained, they issued a refund, and my account showed it was canceled effective immediately. This was a great Site to use. I have been using it for over two years. The reason for the one star is the fact that the company change their price from $19 a month to $110 with no warning, no email, no communication at all. I issue 3 Invoices a month. At $19 a month is was very affordable and easy to do but at $110 a month it is not worth it.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of support from Invoiced. Since the announced transition to Flywire, I've been completely unable to access my account to make the necessary updates. There's no phone number, no social media support, and absolutely no way to reach a support team. This situation is beyond ridiculous.

Was great, now given a deadline out of nowhere to force the use of Flywire payment gateway with 4 days to go...time to move to another solution - terrible service and communication
