We were referred to InvoGreen by an inspector with St. Louis County. We hired InvoGreen for a large backyard project. (1). Remove trees, brush, and grass in backyard. (2). Grade the backyard. (3). Install a retaining wall, paver patio, and outdoor fireplace in the backyard. Everything looks amazing and the space really complements our existing pool. Terrible, took deposit and never showed up to job. Owner and crew only give endless sad story excuses. If they worked as much as they gave excuses we wouldn't have had to hunt them down everyday to work. Awful company.
Entering the second year of my contract with Invogreen for residential yard mowing and maintenance, spring cleaning and occasional odd jobs like gutter cleaning. My experience is similar to the other negative reviews presented here. TERRIBLE! The work is fair at best when they do show up. And good luck with that. After two months of repeated requests for spring cleaning this year, I'm still waiting and now I think they just quit on me. I'm not sure, their email was very unclear. Horrible service. We had a contract to very specifically mow two properties. The front and back of one and the back and side of another - with wording to NOT touch the front of the second property. The one property they mowed the front and back but left clippings all over, didn't edge, didn't pick anything up. The other they mowed the front yard over a heritage yard of ivy and ground cover, they mowed over flowers, plants, and destroyed the entire yard despite being told not to touch the front yard at all. This customer did not contact us directly about this issue but we do believe they have reason to be upset here. They are correct that we should not have mowed the front yard of one of the properties. Our crew onsite made the decision to do so because it was overgrown -- but that really isn't a valid excuse. As a result, the crew has been terminated. The other parts of property 1 and 2 had unexpectedly tall grass. As a result, after the first mowing there would definitely be clippings and other areas that would look rough. Th... read more
