My little brother went here for awhile a year or two back and this place did not do their job they helped him in the beginning and after that the therapists were extremely inappropriate taking him to the dollar store without my mom's permission and giving him foods to try without running it by my mom and then kicked him out and lied about the reason
I have been trying to get these people to do their job and hand in the required papers to the insurance company. I have had to call them literally dozens of times asking if they had done anything. The answer was always “someone is working on it.” I got sick of waiting and paid another visit to them. I was told that the person handling my case who told me she was to personally take care of my child’s file from “here on out” said someone else should of updated me and there was “confusion.” She said the codes that were sent to ... read more
