The nurses are always great at this clinic as well as the London South clinic, but my appointments schedule is for every 8 weeks and have been often cancelled the night before or the day of due to staff illness. I’ve been on Remicade for Ulcerative Colitis for 15 years and the reliability has continuously gone down since it was taken over by McKesson while my health hangs in the balance. I'm here every 4 weeks and it's always great. The nurses are superstars, every single one of them. They go out of their way to make sure patients are comfortable.
Excellent and well trained nurses, quick and easy. Never have a complaint during or after my appointment.
Staff are very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Clinic is always clean, offers free parking ,free wifi & snacks and very convenient for me which I’m so thankful.
