Kyle was very helpful with our maintenance request and responded very quickly.
This place is terrible. The appliances suck, the paint jobs are rushed (they don't clean the baseboards before painting so you get painted-over dust and hair), there are paint drops on the floors, the bathrooms are gross, and on and on. The vanities are made of moisture-laden press board and must be original to the unit. There are very few curb cuts. The handicap space near the front office is usually blocked by maintenance workers. The maintenance team here is the best I have ever experienced. I never have to wait long for things to get fixed. They are polite and do good work. Kyle just replaced my hot water tank and Janet called right before to explain what was happening. I really appreciate this team and these apartments. Plus the location is awesome.
Maintenance is quick to respond whenever I’ve called and shout out to Kyle for getting my shower head issue fixed in no more than 20 minutes.
