I've been increasingly disappointed with the way this apartment community is being managed. The staff has shown a consistent lack of professionalism when addressing concerns, especially when it comes to serious matters like safety and communication. There have been multiple break-ins recently, and management has done very little to reassure residents or take visible action to improve security.
