Relocated after 3 years due to ongoing issues and discriminatory treatment. I lived at Invitational Apartments for three years and recently relocated to Dallas. Despite paying rent in full through the end of my lease, I was hit with an “early termination fee” simply for handing in my keys a few days early—something management explicitly approved due to my move. I love living at the invitational Apartments at The Greens, They are all professional their maintenance crew on point every time I’ve had an issue they’ve been there for me Every time two workers, I don’t know their names so I apologize, but they handle business on time and get everything done for me. I couldn’t ask for anything more. They do a great job!💯 Satisfied for what they’ve done for me I’m elderly and they always come through every time! I love this place and this is where I will retire!❤️

this is going to be a really long honest review about this apartments. people live here because it’s affordable that’s it. the leasing agents Erin and Autumn can’t answer a question without having to ask Janet and then when you ask her a question she stutters and makes stuff up OR she has to ask another manager at the Augusta.. in the kitchen under of my sink the pipe was put together by duck tape, my front closet ceiling was also put together with duck tape, also my the pipe in the bathroom was put together with duck tape. ... read more
I came in per my appointment at 530 & Erin showed me the large 1 bedroom apartment...I liked it... she was extremely helpful & fun. I appreciate your help with answering my questions. I believe I'll be happy here. Thanks Erin 4 your help.
