I have lived here for 5yrs I really enjoyed my stay. When I had any problem with my apartment inside or out side it was immediately addressed. I always felt safe in my home. Any time I had difficulties they were very patient and helpful . The only reason I'm moving now is because my financial situation changed otherwise this would be the place I would continue to call home. Overall, decent place to live. Was there almost 2 years. Would be 4 stars, but I had significant issues with management who acted in bad faith regarding our contract. Here are the pros and cons of living here: Pros Safe, good appliances, no maintenance issues, friendly front desk people, clean gym, maintained outsides well Cons -At least once a month the water would be shut off for some kind of maintenance or construction - only about a 1/3 of the time I’d receive advance warning but most of the time I’d just not have water ... read more
Even the one star is not suitable for this appartment. The management is worse and don’t take care of the people staying in these apartments. All the house smells bad and all over the house is bugs and hair and when we ask the management they just answered recklessly and said I can’t do it because I am not a technician. And when we contacted the technician he said we need to contact leasing office So they both blame each other. I strongly recommend not to stay in this appartments.
My first apartment experience and last when we first moved to OKC. I was pregnant at the time. I was told at showing that they would clean the unit prior to move in. It was never cleaned out (dirt, dust, dirty fridge). The fridge had someone's leftover take out drinks. Not long into moving there were leaks in the ceiling which created mold. The first maintenance person just spray painted over it and pretended they fixed it.
