There have been roaches everyday- I have requested management have the whole building treated- there has been no response- and a rodent is in the walls. Management and maintenance are a joke. The apartment is literally falling apart and no one cares. If I could get out of my lease I would. The bugs are ridiculous.
CAUTION STAY AWAY 1. Management does not address issues with AC, washing/drying machines, overly loud neighbors past curfew, and more 2. Management will refuse to CC you on an email if you have an issue or complaint because they want to maintain “plausible deniability” since there is no paper trail 3. Watch your bill, they will sneak late fees and all sorts of “new apartment rules” that result in other types of fees 4. Viewing was great! I had wonderful time with Mrs. Jessi Bullard, she’s an awesome leasing agent.
My experience has been excellent with everybody involved at the invitational. Autumn was my point of contact from when I took my property tour till the day I moved in. she was fantastic! The facilities are great! very clean. Everybody’s very friendly. It’s a very safe area and I love my apartment. Everything is exactly as I expected when I moved in.
They're doing great over there the place looks fantastic in the girls that's in the office they're very wonderful they're lucky to have them
