I would recommend going somewhere else for speech therapy. Both my child’s therapist and the manager of the practice said my son had a cheek tie impeding his speech and said it would be best to have it clipped in order to have progress. I trusted my gut and got a second opinion with a different therapist. Not only was my son misdiagnosed (he simply had a lisp) and did not need to get the tie clipped, but he’s had significant progress in his speech over a matter of weeks while going to a different therapist, when he had zero ... read more
This is based on scheduling alone. They are too short staffed to even call back or get on board. Attempted over a 5 month period with one voicemail from them in that time frame.
Amazing therapist and wonderful owners. SLP Miss Kayla and OT Miss Alexis are incredibly patient and understanding, and truly care about their kids. They go above and beyond to help kiddos meet their goals and provide parents with resources. Very thankful for the time, energy, and love that has gone into supporting our family. They have put an immense amount of effort into the new Lenoir facility to provide a clean, safe, and fun place for the kids in our community who need services.
