I am extremely disappointed in this management company. They will never answer phone calls, it takes weeks to get any emails back from them regarding serious things. My fridge went out and for a whole week they waited on approving the part because they were too lazy to do so causing $250.00 worth of groceries to bad. They raised my rent $300.00 within a one-year period and can't help with food loss costs. Recently applied to one of their homes. Never heard from a leasing agent. According to their "Screening process" they verify credit and also check income, employer verification and also check previous land lord to make sure there is great monthly rent payment history. I don't have the perfect credit. But have excellent current land lord payment history. Employed and between me and my husband we make well over 5x the rent on the home. I've tried so many time to apply for homes through this company I have income but I have no credit why do yall make so hard to get into a home with all these homes you have you would figure you would want to rent to someone with gratitude rent you would rent too I'm a mother of 3 who's going to homeless at the end of the month because of I don't have credit

Be aware of this horrible company. I wish there is less than 1 star rating to give them. Moved into my rental on 8/5/2020, a pipe blow off in the bathroom on 08/06/2020, the guy on the "Emergency!!" service told me that a tech will be in his way within 2 to 4 hours, can you imagine! 2 to 4 hours for someone to come and stop the flood! OMG!!! PLEASE Do not EVER move into an Invitation Homes house. We lived in one for four years and just moved out in October. Living there was tough because they are very slow to fix anything and very difficult to deal with. Before move out, we had a pre move out inspection and the guy who came assured us that the house was in really good shape.
