I have rented with invitation homes for a few years and from the time we moved in to now our rent has increased over $1000., 2 years ago my mother in law needed to move in and when I advised the property management at that time they advised they can add her as an occupant since she will not be paying rent and is a dependent. This year we were forced to add her as a resident. We have to lay a 9.95 monthly fee for air filters that need to be changed every 90 days. COMPANY IS TRASH, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF FOLLOW THROUGH IS OUTRAGEOUS. THE DIRECTOR LIZ FROM THE SO CAL BRANCH DOES NOT REPLY AND WILL ALWAYS DODGE CALLS AND PROMISE TO REACH BACK WITH NO REPLY. IM TRYING TO HELP PEOPLE HERE AND I PROMISE YOU THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE.
Don't even bother looking me up management, my name isn't in the fucking system. However, my neighbors are and my god they tell me the horror stories with this fuckin company.
