No one called me about not able to see the house. The code wasn't working. They should have a real person to show the houses, hard to contact the person who knows about the section 8. I've been reaching out to Michelle Hauk and she's not around to help with the application that my daughter was sent an invitation but it's not letting her continue with our application. 8/12: My mother has been requesting to speak to a property manager for almost 3 months and still no one has called her. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PATHETIC MANAGEMENT COMPANY... for lack of better words because they do not manage anything but will threaten to evict you if you don't pay your rent. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are terrible, you can never reach a property manager they only give you the run around. We did our move in walk through with Aaron to identify any issues that needed to be addressed and he was absolutely incredible. He's very knowledgeable and also incredibly funny and made sure to take note of everything we pointed out to make sure it was in the maintenance list. He took us seriously, and clearly takes his job seriously too, while also being very kind and funny at the same time. I appreciated everything he let us know about the property and the move in process!
