We did our move in walk through with Aaron to identify any issues that needed to be addressed and he was absolutely incredible. He's very knowledgeable and also incredibly funny and made sure to take note of everything we pointed out to make sure it was in the maintenance list. He took us seriously, and clearly takes his job seriously too, while also being very kind and funny at the same time. I appreciated everything he let us know about the property and the move in process!
4076 Ensign Ave N New Hope, MN 55427 (Do not rent this property). Original rent was around $2200 and now they raised it to $2600. No improvements have been made and the house is in poor condition. Worst rental experience to date. Home was definitely not taken care of. Several issues were identified before moving in and zero were addressed. Continued problems with lighting, electrical outlets, dry and washer hook up issues, sewage cap not being secured which resulted in the basement being flooded. There must be some paid services here for these reviews because no way do they deserve 4 stars! This company is terrible. I wish there was a -1 star option. I have had a fridge sitting in my living room for over a week now. The vendor stopped responding to me (he was very rude) and whenever I request to speak to a property manager I get a run around. I spoke to a service manager Michelle yesterday and was told I would get a call back NEVER DID. Oh but let me not pay my rent by the 4th they are blowing my phone up! Whats funn... read more
I'm really not enjoying renting from them. The maintenance process is awful and they never compensated us for a late move in due to roaches they never fully cleared up and it's been 3+ months at this point.
Invitation Homes has rented the property next to mine for years with no regard as to how well the exterior of the property has been maintained. In the past the screns have been knocked off the windows and are sometimes lying on the ground. The lawn is unkept and the drain spouts have at several times been detached and smashed lying in the yard. The property next to mine is in a beautiful neighborhood where people take pride in keeping up their property. Invitaion Homes has no regard for this, only money. We see contractors c... read more
