Worst company to ever rent from. They scam you with so many hidden fees. Also don’t tell the HOA people that you live there and bills you from the last tenants problems. Well trying to connect with them about the rentals problem they say “ we will let our higher ups know about the problem and the will call you back in 24 hours” lol they don’t. Also pushes eviction notices when you push back on them and they don’t accommodate you at all for anything and they say not my problem.
