They started out just fine. Things were taken care of quickly when needed, we got everything they promised. Then we lived there for a year. The promised furnace filters stopped; the time it took to get things repaired lengthened. When the city cited the home for violations, they hired the lowest, worst possible workmen to get things fixed. It took 5 months to paint a fence, and all they did was spray one side of it with white paint. They have been more than fair to me. I’m writing this after I realized I deleted my other review. The maintenance team has been very responsive to my requests and everything was completed in a timely manner. But **be warned** if you choose to rent the 3415 major ave residence you will have to deal with a very unruly neighbor who thinks he is above the law and honestly seems like he is just flat out racist. He has continued to harass me (tailgating me through the neighborhood, coming onto my property multiple times and threat... read more
Do not lease with invitation homes. Very unprofessional they will do things behind your back and not notify you. They make changes and don’t tell you. I called corporate multiple times I called local office multiple times still no response back. I keep getting the run around. worst company I ever dealt with.
Couldn’t even bother picking up the dead mice in what is supposed to be our “ready to move in” rental. Mind you we have a ONE year old who is in an exploring phase.
Had some hesitation after moving in, but all those fears were set aside when one of their employees, Aaron, showed up at my house for an orientation. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and walked me through everything I needed to know to have a seamless renting experience. Hoping the rest of my experiences are just like the one I had with Aaron.
