Fiz, our IH Maintenance Guy, was amazing in addressing a plumbing issue we were having. He was super thorough — seemed at first like the problem would be a simple fix but he soon also identified a secondary/deeper issue and ensured he’d have a permanent solution in place in one visit (which he successfully did). He also checked on other work order statuses for us and went above and beyond our initial request to check/install new smoke detectors. Thank you for big help, Fiz!
This rental/leasing option should be last resort. The maintenance is the worst. If there’s a problem with the house? They require you to be home. Which means taking time off from work. Which means not getting paid. Today I was supposed to be present for a quote city inspection“ which is required for the company. Not for me as a resident. Fiz went above and beyond to make sure that everything that I put on my fridge list was acknowledged and taken care of. He even asked how the home was fitting with our needs and genuinely seemed excited to hear we are enjoying the home. I would definitely recommend Invitation Homes and their ProCare service along with Fiz to maintain the maintenance repairs.
