I can't stress enough that DO NOT lease from Invitation Home. This is the most unprofessional and uncaring leasing company I have ever dealt with in my whole life. No sense of urgency to resolve repairs or issues even when the city fire marshal is evolved. I have been waiting on city violations to be resolved for 6 weeks and it was deemed urgent.
