PLEASE READ! Trust me this company doesn’t deserve any stars at all. Do not rent from Invitation Homes. I know they have a majority of the rental properties in Las Vegas and other areas and that most of the places are pretty nice, but it’s so not worth it. I read all the reviews prior to renting and figured that most of the complaints were probably from people who are just bad tenants. Complete incompetence. As long as Kaylyn Losh and Chelsea are running this office don’t expect change.
Been with them for 2 years now in Vegas. Fist sign should have been they switched out appliences from the visit to lower quality and smaller ones once i showed up to move in. To say always a battle to get things fixed but overall the repairs always made. Now I'm looking for a new place on the other side of Vegas. I have applied for 3 different ones and always the same answer "oops its not priced right so we pulled it off the market" So I've lost 200.00 in fees and they said they sent me the last 100.00 but that was 20 da... read more
Future Renters beware: 9987 Burton Lake Ct We have recently moved out, so the property is now for rent. Invitation homes is the worst management company I have ever encounter. I feel I can finally say something without them retaliating. To the new renters the refrigerator ice maker has problems it freezes all the time. After the 6th call to fix, googled the issue and found the filter needs to be replace ever 30days or just take it out to unfreeze and put back in. I rented a home from Invitation homes and had many horrible experiences. I had an employee ask me to give him a 5 star review, as it helped him out, and effected him financially. He even showed me how to do it, and watched me, making me feel obligated to give him a good review. After leaving my property I got nothing more than 1 star service from the Las Vegas office.
