Negligence results in their tree destroying my property. Refusing to fix.
Never again. They do not care about its residents and you can never get ahold of corporate and the people that do answer can never help beacuse of corporate. This company really sucks.always send people to take puctures instead of getting it fixed that day. Waste of peoples time. People have to wrk not watch just take a picture and be like you have to be here next time i come to acyually fix it .
We’ve been in a rental home and the issues encountered at the home are endless, there was a leak and a lot of mold along all the kitchen cabinets, the leak extended to the only two bathrooms we have and we had no access to the kitchen for over a month and the bathrooms didn’t get fixed for almost two months, we go ZERO discount regardless of having no access to the bathroom or the whole kitchen (no stove, no microwave, no sink). Bad communication horrible experience. I asked to renew my lease two months ago ahead of time to prevent something like this from happening I emailed my landlord she said she was no longer my property manager I was not told they’re was a change in my property management at all or who to contact at all she stayed she would contact my new property manager and let him know but nothing got sent he didn’t receive anything and I just received a email stating I have 60 days to move out the property I pay my rent on time all the tim... read more
Do yourself and your family a massive favor. Do not rent from invitation homes. After paying over 2,000 a month in rent for nearly four years. We received a message from invitation after being literally one week late on rent that read, Avoid legal action : pay you balance or move out... my grandmother just passed away, here funeral was on July 3rd.
