Worst company ever stay far far away. You will never be able to get in contact someone that can actually help
Im extremely disappointed in my first experience with invitation homes & my first time renting my families first house. I was told prior to moving in the home, that it would be professionally cleaned & certain fixtures would be completed before i even received the keys. Night before move in i stayed up till 3am after a 12hour shift loading a 26 uhaul & cleaning my last place since i had to turn in keys same day i was moving. If I could leave zero stars I would. By far the worst rental company I’ve ever been with.
EDIT: Kevin Dean (portfolio director) reached out to me and resolved ALL OF THIS. Not only did I not owe anymore, but I got a refund. I do still feel that those charges were criminal and the emotional strain should not have existed, but I wouldn't be me if I didn't admit that this was handled beautifully. I did e-mail many board members directly, as well as on linkedin. Not sure if I fussed enough that someone finally looked into it.
