We have contacted the BBB! Do not rent from them!!! Invitation homes does not follow state guidelines and does not provide homes in livable rentable conditions to their renters. We moved into an Invitation Homes property in August of 2018 and noted hundreds of items that were not resolved prior to our move including but not limited to carpet that was completely saturated in pet urine, landscaping that was completely dead, entire home left unclean, pest control issues throughout the home, trash left around the property, not p... read more

Don’t rent from them I rent from them for three years I start for $1500 monthly every year the raise the price the and I move after three because I buy new house and I give them my new address to send me the deposit when I give them the house I paint the house and cut the grass and I call them after I move after 3 month they said nothing wrong for the house after one year the collection the send me they need three thousand dollars the invetation they never send me bills I never have collections they want to break my credit ... read more
