I deeply regret to express my dissatisfaction with Invitation Homes based on my recent tenure as a tenant in Hollywood, Florida. Despite having rented the property since July 2023, my experience has been marred by persistent and unresolved maintenance issues that have severely compromised the habitability and safety of the premises. My A/C went out back in May. It took 3 visits to get it working. That's 3 vacation days I had to take. The tech told Invitation Mgt that the unit needs to be replaced on the first visit. Didn't happen.Two visits and two weeks later, it finally gets fixed. Now comes October 21st. I turn on my heat for the first time of the season and nothing. It takes four, yes 4, visits to finally replace the antiquated unit that they were told needed replacing back in May. That's another four vacation days used for a total of 7 days. For co... read more
