They like to mess with customers. They will call you first thing in the morning, to cancel your appointment. Then 10min later someone will call to reschedule that appointment, saying the info they had was wrong. Every single day. They like to make people miserable. Avoid this place at all costs.
This was my first mammogram and I was pretty nervous from how much my mom complained about her scans. But you made the whole process comfortable, and the scan was much more comfortable than expected and really efficient. Thank you!
First of all, I was on hold for over 20 minutes only to have the girl tell me that I needed a different type of screening for the mammal because I'm having pain under my right armpit. So now I have to wait for my Doctor who will have to send in a new form in order to have a different mammogram done. Well I won't ever give them more information than they need.
