I've visited this Sally Jobe several times and always received good service. Friendly staff, quick results, and short waiting time to talk to the billing department.

Very rude staff all around. They never requested images from last years mammo from another office. I get my mammogram, and the tech told me they can’t give me results till I call and give them the name of the last one. She said to call the scheduler, and I did, and the rude scheduler (Pearl) who was very short, acted like I was crazy when I said to her that I need to let her know the info they want . She refused to help me. I’ll go somewhere else where staff is more helpful

Was told multiple times I had no outstanding balance and then was sent to collections

They like to mess with customers. They will call you first thing in the morning, to cancel your appointment. Then 10min later someone will call to reschedule that appointment, saying the info they had was wrong. Every single day. They like to make people miserable. Avoid this place at all costs.

This was my first mammogram and I was pretty nervous from how much my mom complained about her scans. But you made the whole process comfortable, and the scan was much more comfortable than expected and really efficient. Thank you!
