I am writing this as I witnessed a horrible experience my Mom, Pam Mueller endured this morning when she went in for her routine Mammo. From the front desk, Ellen the Registar was completely unprofessional, going back and talking about customers with another colleague. We witnessed 2 customers walk out given the unprofessionalism and Oh sorry we need to reschedule, we are busy. Unacceptable. My mom was 15 minutes early, as she always.
