Technician was amazing. She was so great with mom. She also did a great job of getting IV in without pain. (Others had not been able to find vein for blood draw.) she kept her calm throughout the whole procedure.
The staff was very friendly, kind and attentive.
It was simple and very comforting.
Staff were very friendly and understanding of my accommodations with needing a pillow under my knees.
