Frustrating Experience and Zero Transparency — I Expected Better I went to Sally Jobe Imaging Center for my routine yearly mammogram. While the staff onsite was professional and the appointment itself was fine, everything that happened afterward has been a complete headache. Always great service.
This place does not communicate well with how long the waits in their office will be, as well as how long the imaging process will take. Was told to arrive at 2:30pm, but apparently the appointment start time was for 3:05pm. Arrived in office at 2:10pm, was not taken back until 3:10pm. For an MRI, which is already a lengthy imaging process. Trying to arrive early will simply not benefit you when it comes to ISJ.
