Immensely offended by the general manager and his accusations, extremely unprofessional and rude. The GM made several startling and may I add quite shocking statements, verbally attacking and threatening my family. Also, came unannounced to the house, the GM jumped the gun and not only assumed but spoke to us in a manner as if we were criminals. They harassed and threatened my friend and her mother by saying they were going to file a Lein on their home for not paying when they had already agreed on paying them and had already paid over half the owed amount.
