Everyone from the front desk to the doctor was so friendly and helpful! Was not judged for taking so long in between eye appointments. Highly recommend!!!
I have been a patient at Invision for quite a few years now and have always received outstanding service and care. I have been wearing special contacts for many years now and recently the manufacturer of those lenses went out of business. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I lost my glasses and realized I hadn’t been to an eye doctor since moving to California from Boston… so it had been a MINUTE. 😂 I found Envision through my vision insurance and honestly just picked them from a list, and I’m SO glad I did. These people treated me with utmost respect’ their whole Team is very professional. That place is run like a well oiled conveyor belt. I’m very pleased with the service from them. Great job guys
Not good. They send assistant to do all vision test to me that last almost two slow hours after that the real optometrist shows up and did all test again for 20 minutes comparing numbers with assistant. Totally unprofessional and time waste. For me sitting there for two hours besides I m a senior and for my companion and ride that is also a senior sitting there for 2.5 hours with back problems.
