I had a really disappointing experience with this optometry office. I purchased a pair of sunglasses from them and paid extra for anti-glare coating and insulation. Not only were the glasses overpriced, but the quality was extremely poor. Despite being very careful with my eyewear, the lenses scratched quickly and easily, far more than any other pair I’ve owned. Great doctors and service. Thorough, efficient, Dr. Ordonez and Dr. Tu are exceptional with patients.
Friendly and inviting atmosphere. Each interaction was met with a smile. Both the technician and Dr O were very professional and took their time to answer all my questions. Dr O went over my exam results very thoroughly and made sure I understood everything.
This was the best experience I've ever had while getting my eyes checked, which I've been doing for three of my over five decades. The place is immaculate, beautifully decorated and, most importantly, the staff is welcoming and professional. There is parking in the garage underneath the building, which you stepped right outside of the door is maybe 25 feet away. They are located on the second floor. Awesome experience all around!
I came in today for my first eye exam ever and had a very pleasant experience. Dr Meagher and her staff are very friendly and helpful with explaining the process. I'm sorry I forgot the name of my technician who helped me out but she was great and informative. I'm definitely coming back and recommending friends to try them out for any eye related needs!
