Couple of years ago, as a young and naive first-time customer, I visited the store with the clear intention of having an eye test only. However, I found myself subjected to a high-pressure sales experience by the optometrist, which resulted in purchasing glasses at a premium price point. While I acknowledge that I could have been more assertive in declining, I felt that the experience was somewhat taking advantage of my inexperience as a customer.
Warren has been meticulous in creating the best possible outcome for me with my vision. I pose a particular challenge for Warren, given my eye health and he continued to refine my lenses so they created the best vision I have enjoyed in years.Thank you! I highly recommend Warren!
