Little blonde girl at the front desk was rude and had an attitude. None of the equipment I sat my face on for the pre-exam got cleaned before or after I used it (so gross and def a violation of some kind). Got an eye exam and the doctor didn’t do a thorough exam on my right eye (he spent a lot of time with my other eye so I guess he was over it by the time he did my right eye) so I will have to pay again to get my one eye fitted with the correct prescription. Will not be going back.
Great facilities and helpful people. Good selection of glasses.
I love this eye doctor, been going here for years. Super friendly doctor, very down to earth guy who is skilled at his craft
This review should show TWO STARS, not five. I selected two, but the screen is showing something different. Just had a frustrating phone conversation with the front desk. It's possible they were in training so that's why I gave two stars. I never got my appointment made and still unsure why the phone got disconnected or did I get hung up on? Front desk needs better training and I was completely rushed off the phone. Not sure what it was about.
When only the best will do….great staff and wonderful Dr. Orgain…a real gem
