Buyer beware! We placed an order more than a week ago for a $700 hitch. After receiving no confirmation of our order we called multiple times and left voicemails, and messages through this Facebook page. I got an Invisihitch installed on my 2017 Jaguar F-Pace in spring of 2017 and it is an awesome, elegant solution! Also, the customer service from Invisihitch has been consistently outstanding (answer right away, great attitude, knowledgable and solve the problem).
What a shame. After getting your hitch installed, your sent somewhere else to get your hitch module programed and you can't get service because they don;t pay their vendors. As much as we pay for these things, you'd think it be easy get this done.
I have a hitch installed on my 2011 BMW 535. I had some problems with it and contacted the company. To make a long story short, they were magnificent in helping me to fix my problem.
