Super friendly and professional staff and the laser technician is too damn cool and knowledgeable. If you are in the Jacksonville area and need to have a unwanted tattoo removed or faded this place is highly recommended and I promise you that Jackie and Rachel will see to it that you are taken care of.
I have almost a half sleeve tattoo on my right arm and I have had removal sessions done before somewhere else. I decided to find another place and found Invisible Ink. I had a consultation with Rachel and she was awesome! She answered all of my questions and was extremely friendly. I couldn’t ask for better customer service! Then she sent me to Jackie for my treatment and she was amazing! She is the best and has been absolutely patient with me! She is so nice and friendly and knows exactly what she is doing! RecommendedJackie and Rachel were amazing. It was definitely worth the 3 hr round trip.
Jackie & Rachel made this experience easy! I was shocked at how fast the treatment was and I experienced NO down time. I have already referred several friends and family. I would not go anywhere else. Love Invisible Ink!!
I wanted to wait to give a review until I was at least a few sessions in so I could have some honest feedback, and now I can honestly say that the experience has been a dream! Jackie and Rachel at Invisible Ink are so kind and knowledgeable. I just had my third session to remove two tattoos and I am already seeing incredible results! Tattoo regret is real and if you're feeling it head over to Invisble Ink. They're pretty fantastic.
Jackie and Rachel are an amazing team and a pleasure to work with!! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease! I highly recommend them and look forward to my final treatments to continue seeing results!
Jackie & Rachael were wonderful. The proceedures went so smoothly for my husband. Jackie was very informative and explained to him exactly what to expect. He was so delighted with the quick results. Something he has wanted for a long time. Thank you Jackie & Rachael for being so professional. Will definitely advertise the Jacksonville Office!
Had my 3rd treatment and I love seeing this ‘college regret’ disappear slowly with no downtime and minimal pain.
