I had a great experience with this company! They were on time, knowledgeable, extremely easy to work with, and Brandon was kind and professional. I would highly recommend this company. I installed my first fence 15-20 years prior but I am glad to have used them this time.

Please beware of this company in Battle Creek. The staff are not helpful, and refuse to honor their warranty. I would never recommend working with them to anyone. I spent over 2000.00 for a unit and after months it still is not working. I’ve asked to speak to someone in customer service and they didn’t have a phone number for this. Kris, office manager is rude and insulting. Please look elsewhere!
Buyer beware! The fence might be just what you wanted when you buy it....but you will be waiting a month to get a broken one fixed. I have an elderly neighbor with a large dog who has had her fence down NOT working for a month. They don't have service providers. Think before you buy. Your response shows me you didn't read my review. It took you a month to fix my neighbors fence. Another reason to discourage people.
Horrible customer service. Please look at other options to keep your dog safe!
